What
We Offer
Group training is for the person who likes the encouragement of
others as you melt away those inches. You and other women walk, run,
and improve your health as you learn strength training and toning. At
your own front door!
Personal training is for the person who prefers the one-on-one
contact of a personal trainer. You will experience a more rapid pace,
more days a week as you sculpt and shape the body you always wanted.
You will experience challenging
cardio along with strength training and toning. The best part, we come
to you!
Independent training is for the person on-the-go who wants to get
in shape, but whose demanding schedule limits attendance in most
"schedule"sessions.
We will do an in-person consultation followed by a weekly online workout
which we will evaluate bi-weekly. These evaluations will include
showing you and discussing with you new cardio, sit-ups, and strength
training exercises. Where there's a will, there's a way!
